So proud I came up with this combo on my own, so delicious and a perfect mix of complex carbs & protein for after a workout! 1 banana mushed up really well, mix in one spoonful plain non fat chobani Greek yogurt, and a handful of pecans on top. That’s it, and it’s seriously SO good! 

Ps. I know pecans are expensive but it is worth it because they are scrumptious!

Post workout meal from a couple days ago was 1/2 and avacado mashed and mixed up with a large spoonful of plain fat free chobani Greek yogurt, stuffed into mini whole grain pitas with some Texas caviar I got from Costco and some hot sauce.

Hummus, guacamole, spinach, beetroot and tomato sandwich in malted bread.
This does come with fries but I only focused on the sandwich because it was so colourful/beastly! I usually hate tomatoes unless they’re cooked, but these ones were sweet and delicious and unf. (Unf is an adjective. It is. Shh.) From Hall & Woodhouse, Bath. :)
