I absolutely love your blog!!! I check it every couple days so very inspiring where most everything else fails (also helps put oomph into my husband too). But I do have a question, I was thinking about incorporating ankle weights/ wrist weights into my workout and wanted to know your thoughts on those, or if you knew where was the best place to get good but not expensive ones.

Hi, thanks so much glad you enjoy it:) I think ankle weights and wrist weights are a great idea especially if your regular body weight exercises are getting to easy..i don’t personally own any but I would guess you can find them pretty cheap on amazon, look around and read reviews before buying..good luck and keep up the hard work!

how do you deal with cravings?! I love fatty, no good for you foods like popcorn, chips, fries... and as soon as I try to cut them out I feel like I want them more! help!

Find healthier substitutes try making your own fries and chips by slicing and baking potatoes or sweet patatoes and baking them. Use as little oil and salt as possible and remember you still need to be mindful of your portion sizes even when eating healthy.

is a berry banana smoothie enough for breakfast? is breakfast really important? I'm never hungry in the morning and I'm trying to keep my weight down but isn't it bad to skip meals so is a smoothie enough for breakfast or will my body still think i haven't had my meal?

Yes breakfast is very important. Yes a homemade fruit smoothie is a great choice for breakfast:)

Please go back to the old layout! It took me days of looking at this to even figure out how to ask a question...with this layout you have to click each individual text post to open it on a separate page to read the actual post. Sam thing when you have a picture or post that leads to a recipe, etc. I don't know why people were complaining about the old layout - I always read your blog on my phone and never had a problem. Please go back!
