do you think it's possible to eat too much fruit? assuming i'm getting everything else i need, is it okay to eat enormous amounts of fruit every day?

Fruit can be high in sugars but its a different kind than table sugar, they’re natural sugars. Fruits about the best thing you can eat right after vegetables. Fruit is a complex carb and will give you energy that will last. It’s still important to pay attention to portion control.

how long did it take you to reach that goal weight? and what was your workout routine?

About 5 months and the results of my initial weight loss was basically strict healthy eating, portion control, not eating within 4 hrs before bed. chewing my food very well, and lots of cardio. Now I do strength training too. There are times I eat not as healthy as I should or miss a few days at that gym. But when that happens I just start again right away and get back into it.

my fiance works out, and i work out with him and i love it!! i am getting married in december and i want to look amazing on our honeymoon. i am 21 and idk what to do i worked out before with a trainer and nothing happened, i know food is my biggest problem plleeaasseee help me!

Naturally you will lose some breast size when you lose weight because you will lose it all over, but you proportions may stay about the same.

Leg raises, hanging leg raises, bicycle crunches, high knees, scissor kicks, lay down on your back, lift both legs off the ground a bit and make little circles first clockwise then do it counter clockwise.

i was eating really healthy and losing weight but now im down to the last 5 pounds i want to loose and im having a hard time sticking to healthy food. can u help me get back on to the wagon???????

I can really help you because your motivation is up to you. It’s all mental. But I can give you a few tips that might help. Try making a chart counting down to the weight you at now and the weight you want to get to and cross it out each pound you lose. Put a motivating photo or quote as the lock screen on your phone. Keep focused on healthy food choices eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Anytime you feel like snacking when in between your scheduled times to eat drink water. You could try doing a smootie or juice fast/cleanse for a couple days, it’s the last 5 lbs, don’t settle for less than what you want. You can do it!!
