I’ve been slacking..

On my workouts and diet..I’ve been lacking the motivation..it’s making me feel less healthy and less happy. I really want to do this juice cleanse to just reset my system and then slowly add in normal healthy foods again and healthy portions again.. I also need to start taking like a half hour of my day to just breathe and relax without tv, phone, anything distracting..I’m going to do this, it starts NOW.
