I've always ate slowly, and fully chewed my food (just born that way) and I think that's part of why I've been on the smaller side my whole. Get ready to be the person that everyone is waiting on to finish eating, but don't let them pressure you into eating faster! I've never felt well after eating faster then I usually do.

I just started and what I do is eat a smoothie of fruits and spinch in the morning--salad and protein at night, and small soup or smoothie at night. Is that fine? What do you recommend? I am also doing an 1.5 hrs of exercise every day.

a-better-generation asked: I go to a boarding school and it's really hard to eat healthy because nothing here really is.. The salad bar is not the most cleanliest. My choices are either cereal, sandwich, pasta, or the mystery meat and rice in the hot food line. We have apples and bananas sometimes and canned fruit all the time. I never know what I should be eating!
